Activities

We have a wide range of activities for all residents to partake in.

Our residents are offered opportunities during their day to participate in meaningful activity that promotes their health and mental wellbeing. We discuss each resident’s lifestyle, hobbies as well as interests and plan with them as to how they would choose to spend their day.

With our dedicated Activity Co-Ordinator and staff on hand, there are plenty of opportunities for residents to try new things and to keep up with their hobbies and interests. We have even been known to have visits from fluffy as well as exotic animals.

Our residents especially enjoy outings, whether it is a day trip to the seaside, a simple pub lunch or just a stroll in the garden. It provides a welcome break from daily routine and lifts their spirits.

At Eversfield we also have reminiscence sessions, seated yoga, exercise classes, regular art & craft sessions, cheese & wine tasting, quizzes, birthday celebrations and visits from local schools and community groups. The pupils from the Seaton House School have been celebrating Harvest Festival with our residents for a number of years which has proved most enjoyable for our residents.

Residents also look forward to live music every Friday evening where they can join in the singing whilst enjoying their favourite tipple.

At Eversfield, we are very aware that stimulating regular activities enhances our residents well-being and allows them to embrace life to the full.
